CIMware, a Deep-Tech startup from Bangalore, is developing a Revolutionary, the world's first Top-of-Rack (ToR) Smart Switch to envisage cloud infrastructure as one super-computer. Our Top of the Rack switch CIM – Composable Infrastructure Module, will compose all the unused & shared resources as one computing server to improve the efficiency of the Data center operations. CIM will create a Homogeneous memory space from a Heterogeneous Server memory as a Memory Management Unit.
Startup Description
We were established in 2018 as an Indian Deep Tech Start up inspired by Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Vision. After the Covid break we have continued the work. We are building the World's first Smart Switch for Data Centers. We obtained a US Product patent in less than 3 years from Ideation. We were recognised as one of India's top start up by Government of India and received a Grant from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT )for ₹ 1.5 Cr & were allotted a second tranche of ₹ 9.5 Cr which will be released after completion of the product. We have obtained approval by MeitY for the Design Linked Incentive (DLI) Scheme. We have signed up a manufacturing agreement with Samsung for manufacture of our PCIe Fabric Switch Silicon – 5nm. We have raised Rs 3.5 cr as Seed capital so far from the Promoters/Friends/ Families.

We will sell our products by Direct sales by establishing Sales offices in India , US and Europe. We are planning to enter into Joint Venture arrangements with big existing players in the Semi Conductor and Switches manufacturers and market our products Directly as well as White labelling solutions through our Joint venture partners in other regions.
