Startup Description
Dharya is a Mumbai-based startup pioneering sustainable real estate and hospitality solutions. Our flagship project on the Solapur-Kolhapur National Highway combines premium residential development, a state-of-the-art food plaza, and eco-friendly traveler amenities. By integrating innovation, sustainability, and community-focused design, we aim to redefine living and travel experiences while creating long-term value for residents, travelers, and businesses. The government has given recognition to the promising start-up Dharya, which is situated in India and has the goal of building a top-notch theme park with a host of amenities for visitors. Our project is planned to have a wide range of amenities, including five-star gardens, a wedding hall, exhibition stalls, an open-air theater, sports fields for tennis, football, and cricket, children's rides, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, food and beverage stalls serving a variety of delectable dishes from all over India, daily necessities availability, car charging stations, clean and upscale washrooms, start-up workstations powered by clean energy, and rainwater harvesting systems. In all of our projects, we at Dharya are committed to encouraging eco-friendly methods. Therefore, we will use clean energy and water-saving strategies to develop and build our theme park with an emphasis on sustainability.
