We have created a very appealing website the most precise arrangement of the companies in all sectors in Indian Enterprises, MNC’s, and Companies( Local Businesses/Startups/Companies) in each and every District first starting with Pune ). Whenever employee visits a website we want to show him that we show jobs in each and every company that provides jobs in India, we don’t want to spare any company which will help employee to get the up-to-date jobs in all companies that operate in India be it Venture Capitals, Hospitals, (each and every company).
At Emploi, we operate in the technology sector, aiming to revolutionize the employment landscape. By the end of 2025, our mission is to unite all 4,000+ Indian enterprises and 2,000+ global MNCs on our platform, while building a robust network of 10,000+ urgent hiring partners(startups and businesses) based in all major cities across states by the end of 2025, gradually expanding to districts and targeting smaller startups and businesses. We are addressing the problem of ‘Ground level work’ and ‘All Companies are yet to be shown on many job platforms. Example Apna jobs has only limited companies around 221 companies and they still lack so much ground level work their product is build on job posting rather than focusing on Companies they have made posting of jobs by employers quite hard but we want to give so much advantage for employer to use their company page as they please we want to operate on ground level of each and every district which will help them collaborate as well. Indian Enterprises and MNC’s page will have fixed number of companies around and then Companies page will have Companies/Businesses/Startups sorted by location and vacancies in the Specific District they select. This will help employers to access and use their page to post the jobs. Rather than spending so much money on Advertising their Job on local Business which supports Jobs hiring. We want to build separate App “Emploi - BlueCollar Jobs” for the easy browse of Blue Collar jobs to local Job Finders.

Business Model: 1) Advertisement : Advertising the Product/Service in both mobile applications and website in ground-level and so on. 2) Freemium model – To access data of people like Founder/Directors, HR Team of the Company to view their email and phone number for easy collaboration. 3) Until we cover the whole city we wont be charging to post the jobs ( for the companies ) Then for posting jobs small amount will be charged ( depending on research and data of city we work on – Both Offline and Online service will be provided for any query for offline queries Employer can reach out to the Office in the specific city ). 4) Urgent Hiring Services – If someone need to hire the Employee with-in Days to Weeks we would like to provide the urgent hiring service. ( For. eg: Delivery Boy, Sales Person, Data Entry, Staff Nurse, Personal Assistant, etc … ) 5) Data Pool – Having the talent database of students to browse and hire where we provide CV and video CV for easy hiring. 6) Premium for Student : This service will let students to post the video CV’s making it one step closer to achieving the Job eg. the Business Development Executive where the communication skills matter.
The student with premium feature will be prioritised for hiring to stand out.
7) Course - In future once we have hold in both ground level and enterprise level I want to launch 4 course which will be of feasible price and 1 course which will be game change and I believe so much revenue will be generated from it.
