Developing a model in which we are asset-lite (zero inventory) and use in-house developed technology. Understanding village-level portfolio is a Magic solution that we have been working on for the past 2.5 years. Currently, our primary source of revenue is commissions and margins from E-commerce transactions. Meanwhile, we identified over 20+ revenue streams with the system we designed (which will include enabling credit, advertising, physical stores, and advance market, among others).
