E-Yourself, our multilingual education platform, empowers semi-urban and rural investors with critical financial knowledge, fostering informed decision-making. Fincelerate’s ML-powered portfolio optimization ensures real-time asset allocation, while our AI chatbot and expert consultation features bridge the accessibility gap, enabling instant, unbiased financial recommendations. Business Model

Fincelerate operates on a scalable, commission-based and subscription-driven model business model that ensures long-term revenue growth while offering zero-cost financial planning to users. Our earnings come from financial product distribution, including mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIFs), and bonds, without directly charging customers. We also onboard independent distributors under a subscription-based model. Revenue Streams: Mutual Funds – Earn 0.8%-1% annual brokerage on AUM, paid by AMCs. PMS & Bonds – Receive 1%-1.5% commission on PMS and 0.5% one-time brokerage on bonds. Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) – Category I & II AIFs: Earn one-third upfront commission, with the remaining two-thirds on a trail basis over the fund tenure. Category III AIFs: Earn only trail commissions, ensuring long-term recurring revenue. Subscription-Based Distributor Model – Financial consultants and advisors onboard clients under a fee-based model, ensuring steady income. Currently, with ₹62 lakh AUM and ₹4.5 lakh in monthly SIPs, We are earning ₹50,000-60,000 annually through traditional investment onboarding. As we integrate AI-driven portfolio optimization and LTC, our AUM is projected to reach ₹500 crore in 3 years and ₹1,000 crore in 5 years, driving annual revenue to ₹10-12 crore.
