Jigyasa Rurban intends to solve the problems faced by underserved rural and urban households of India in the way they buy retail consumer products. We bring the full range of products and credit offerings to the untapped rural market. Our core strength is deep understanding of rural customer and credit management.

Business Model

The margin that we get out the trading activity is the money that we make. The margin that we have been able to achieve so far in the business is 10% of the sales we make. Apart from this we charge a delivery fees of INR 50/- per order which covers our transportation costs. Gross Margin is expected to stay around 15% on bigger volume.
