By offering a simplified menu system and demand-driven batch cooking insights, Pakaoo minimizes wastage and maximizes revenue for partners *With over 50,000 orders delivered in just six months across two Bengaluru pincodes, we’ve validated the demand for affordable and reliable tiffin services. Pakaoo leverages customer feedback to ensure quality, catering to a rapidly growing market of 18-35-year-olds who prioritize convenience without compromising on health or budget
Pakaoo is an E-Commerce Food Tech startup started to meet the gap of customer and quality of food with flexible services. Our motto is “Ghar ka khana ab ghar k bahar bhi khana”, which serves customizable food as your mother asks in the morning what to cook for today’s meal. We have total control over all aspects of the business, from sourcing premium raw material to preparing cuisine to perfect QR packaging to delivering it at the right time for your meal.
*We plan to generate revenue by scaling our commission-based business model. While we may not be profitable today, our strategy focuses on building a strong customer base, expanding our reach, and onboarding more local kitchens and tiffin service providers onto the platform *As our order volume grows, the revenue from commissions on each transaction will steadily increase. Additionally, we will implement premium listing fees for service providers who want better visibility and prioritize high-demand areas to maximize efficiency. By leveraging data and customer insights, we aim to introduce subscription plans, targeted marketing, and add-on services in the future, creating multiple streams of income to ensure profitability

We have an early bird advantage in addressing the tiffin service sector, which remains largely unorganized and riddled with inefficiencies. The current market lacks a streamlined solution to bridge the gap between local tiffin providers and consumers, resulting in inconvenience for both parties. Pakaoo aims to organize this fragmented sector, creating a seamless and efficient ecosystem that benefits customers and empowers local kitchens.
Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.
I met Sukrit in 9th grade, and we've been close ever since, bonding over our shared passion for tech and business. Chandra Mohan and I connected during our graduation days, drawn together by our love for innovation. Vishwas and I crossed paths while working at Flocco, an eCommerce SaaS company, where his backend expertise made a lasting impression. Together, we bring diverse skills and experience to Pakaoo, united by our drive to create something impactful.
Why did you decide to start this company?
Pakaoo was born from my personal struggle to find affordable, authentic regional meals while away from home. Seeing many others face the same issue, I created Pakaoo to bridge that gap.
