Business Model

Queliz Lifetech Pvt Ltd operates on a B2B, B2C, and B2G business model, focusing on rehabilitation clinics, physiotherapy centers, hospitals, and government healthcare programs. Our flagship product, UltraHand, delivers cost-effective robotic rehabilitation for patients with hand mobility challenges caused by neurological, orthopedic, and burn-related injuries. In the B2B segment, we partner with private healthcare providers, rehabilitation centers, and physiotherapy clinics to integrate UltraHand into their facilities. This enables clinics to enhance service offerings and attract more patients by providing cutting-edge rehabilitation solutions. In the B2G sector, we engage with public hospitals, military rehabilitation centers, and government-led health initiatives to introduce UltraHand into state-run healthcare systems, municipal corporations, and defense rehabilitation centers. This collaboration helps expand access to affordable rehabilitation, especially in rural and underserved areas. The B2C model allows patients to purchase UltraHand directly for home-based rehabilitation through online platforms (e.g., Amazon.in) and authorized distributors. This caters to the growing demand for personalized recovery and at-home therapy solutions. Revenue streams include direct sales, spare parts, servicing, maintenance, extended warranties, and government contracts. We plan to introduce subscription-based packages for device maintenance, ensuring long-term user support.

Competitors

UltraHand's competitors include high-end international brands like Syrebo Hand Rehabilitation Glove, Tyromotion-AMADEO, Waveflex 6000X, Kinetec Maestra Hand, and Hand of Hope. UltraHand aims to solve this by providing essential joint movement rehabilitation at an affordable price, particularly for those recovering from burn injuries and other hand mobility issues. UltraHand provides complete hand mobilization, including the thumb, for both left and right hands. It is affordable and supports both active-assistive and passive rehabilitation modes. Designed with minimal patient-device contact, it is suitable for burn injuries where infection risk is high. This makes UltraHand more accessible than expensive and complex options like Tyromotion-AMADEO and Hand of Hope.
