Vyayata addresses these challenges by offering a end to end e-commerce products/services, 1) End to end Account Management Service - Product listing to managing inventory, packaging & dispatching the orders for our clients. 2) Ecommerce tools and softwares for day to day use. 3) SAS Ecommerce website to quickly launch their e-commerce store. (Similar to Shopify.com). 4) Launch our own E-commerce portal to help customers sell products easily. 5) Other product promotion activity using WhatsApp API for bulk reach.
We offer customers end-to-end ecommerce solutions in one umbrella, including account management services for platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and others. We also help sellers launch their own ecommerce stores using SaaS technology along with others softwares for day-to-day activity. Additionally, we can launch our own ecommerce portal, providing a simple and efficient way for sellers to sell their products in very easy way.
Our revenue is generated through five distinct streams 1) Marketplace Management (Commission-Based): We manage seller accounts on leading marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.), generating revenue through sales commissions of 25% on each order. 2) Direct Sales: We can have own seller account on Flipkart, Amazon & sell our own products directly on these platforms, maximizing margin & profitability. 3) E-commerce SaaS Platform (Recurring Subscriptions/Commissions): We provide a user-friendly SaaS platform (similar to Shopify) empowering new sellers to quickly launch online e-commerce stores. 4) Seller Productivity SaaS Tools (Recurring Subscriptions): Offering essential tools for daily seller operations such as inventory management, multi-marketplace account management, label processing and more. 5) WhatsApp marketing as a service: Offering WhatsApp API marketing services, enabling sellers to promote their products directly to their customers through targeted campaigns. Charge customer for every campaign. 6) Own E-commerce Platform (Commission-Based): Operating our own platform for direct sales of customer products and charge commission on every sale.

There’s a popular saying, ‘A friend in need is a friend indeed.’ This phrase rings true in my startup. We’ve all been long-time friends, and after some discussions, without a second thought, Suma Gowda, Suma Umesh, along with Sheetal Bhushan, and Bhim Divate decided to join my startup and help with our day-to-day operations. Today, we are a strong core team of five members, consistently meeting our targets, and we’re excited to add more team members in the future.
Why did you decide to start this company?
With my corporate job I tried secondary income through e-commerce sale. In research I found many sellers are struggling with complex online processes, this gave an opportunity to serve offline sellers
