Founded in 2018 by Raghav Sharma and Ankit bhateja having over 8 years of experience in space Industry, Xovian Aerospace focuses on providing sustainable, low-cost satellite technology solutions in geospatial and signal intelligence, leveraging satellite data to deliver real-time insights for sectors such as defense, maritime, and environmental monitoring through their software SKYLOBE. Its satellite solutions utilize advanced algorithms to capture high-resolution images and radiofrequency data, fleet tracking supporting national security, disaster management, and resource allocation needs.
The company has gained recognition through various awards and initiatives, including grants from the Indian government’s Department of Science and Technology and Karnataka’s Elevate 2019 program (a grant of $220K). Xovian Aerospace was also a finalist at the National Startup Awards 2021, where its founders interacted with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, providing recommendations for strengthening India’s space sector. Also received INR 18 lac rupees order from ISRO where they launched their first satellite in June 2024.
