Revenue Model: It is a framework for generating financial income and identifies the sources of revenue for a product or service. The revenue model would be a combination of a few revenue streams: 1. Margin earned from trading professional grade salon products, furniture, tools, etc., getting bulk discounts for purchasing bulk quantities for 1000s of salons, who trust Zalon for their procurement needs. 2. Monthly fees for providing SAAS software to salons to manage their operations 3. Salon consulting fees: where the Zalon team consults with salon owners to advise them and provide personalized solutions for each salon’s problems like how to grow the salons, how to keep hygiene, how to keep staff engaged and happy, how to retain customers, how to acquire new customers. 4. Digital Marketing subscription fees: To manage salons’ social media pages like Instagram, Facebook, etc, Zalon charges a small monthly fee where the Zalon team works with salon owner to market their latest offerings, promotions, and discounts. 5. Staff Recruitment Services: Zalon plans to provide beauty professional recruitment services for salons.
